How It Works

Three Steps to an Attorney

Most people call us within a day or two of an accident, before they know what happens next.

1

Tell Us What Happened

Call, text, or fill out the form. We'll ask about the accident, your injuries, and whether you've seen a doctor. It takes a few minutes.

2

We Find Your Attorney

We match you with a personal injury attorney licensed in your state who handles your type of case, not simply whoever is next in line.

3

You Speak With Them Directly

We make the introduction and step back. From there it's between you and the attorney, and whether to hire them is entirely your decision.

Why Call Us First

We Are Not a Law Firm

We don't take your case. Our job is making sure you end up with the attorney who should have it. In the first days after an accident, that turns out to be the more useful service.

The Right Firm for the Right Case

A firm that excels at car accidents can be the wrong choice for a trucking case or a dog bite. Knowing who does what well is what we bring.

Nothing Comes Out of Your Pocket

Our service is free. Personal injury attorneys work on contingency, so their fee comes out of the recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

You Reach a Person, Immediately

No phone tree, no overseas call center, no waiting for a callback that never comes. Day or night, someone picks up.

We'll Tell You if There's No Case to Bring

Sometimes the honest answer is that there's nothing worth pursuing. We'd rather say so in five minutes than cost you a month of waiting.

About Us

Who We Are

Call Clyne is an accident and injury referral service. We connect people who've been hurt with personal injury attorneys across 43 states and the District of Columbia.

The service exists because of a gap that's obvious to anyone who has lived through it. After an accident you're injured, overwhelmed, and being marketed to from every billboard and television ad, with no way to tell a firm that will genuinely fight your case from one that will settle it cheaply and move on. Knowing that difference is what we do.

We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice or legal services. Every attorney we refer you to is independent, licensed in your state, and responsible for their own representation. What we provide is the introduction and a straight answer about who is right for your situation.

Common Questions

Before You Call

What Does This Cost Me?

Nothing. Our service is free to you. The attorney we connect you with works on contingency, meaning their fee comes out of the settlement or award at the end of the case. If there's no recovery, there's no fee.

Are You a Law Firm?

No. Call Clyne is a lawyer referral service, not a law firm, and we are not attorneys. We can't give legal advice or represent you. What we do is connect you with an attorney licensed in your state who handles your type of case.

How Quickly Should I Call?

Soon. Every state sets a deadline for filing an injury claim, and in some states it's as short as two years from the date of the accident. Evidence also disappears quickly. Witnesses forget details, vehicles get repaired, and security footage is overwritten. Earlier is always better.

I'm Not Sure I Was Seriously Hurt. Should I Still Call?

Yes. Neck pain, back pain, headaches and memory problems frequently appear days after a collision rather than the same day. If something feels wrong, it's worth a conversation, and worth seeing a doctor whether or not you ever pursue a claim.

What if I Was Partly at Fault?

You may still have a case. Most states reduce what you can recover in proportion to your share of fault rather than barring recovery outright, though a small number of states are considerably stricter. It depends heavily on where the accident happened, which is one of the first things we'll ask.

What Should I Have Ready When I Call?

Whatever you have is enough. Helpful details include the date and location, whether police responded, whether you've seen a doctor, the other driver's insurance information, and any photos you took. If you have none of it, call anyway.

Do You Cover My State?

We work with attorneys in 43 states and Washington, D.C. Call and we'll tell you immediately whether we can help where you are.

Is My Information Kept Private?

What you tell us is used to match you with an appropriate attorney and for nothing else. We don't sell your information.
